Thank you for signing up to participate in the annual Joshua M. Freeman Foundation Golf Tournament. We're very excited for another great tournament, and in order to facilitate the best experience possible, we request that you complete the form below.
We ask that you fill out information for all four of your participants so that we can get complete information on all of our participants. The completion of all information is required to successfully submit your golf tournament reservation.
At the bottom of the form, you also have the opportunity to purchase tickets to Arts By The Sea, an exclusive party to be held on Saturday, September 11 at 6:00pm.

Saturday, September 11th
8:00am – 6:00pm: Practice Rounds available at Bayside Resort Golf Club (Call course for tee time and rates: 302-436-3400)
10:00am: Children’s Performance at The Freeman Stage overlooking the 18th Green at Bayside
6:00pm: Arts By The Sea: An exclusive event at The Freeman Stage at Bayside featuring great food and "Bruce in the USA"- the world's best Bruce Springsteen & E Street Band tribute show – plus live and silent auctions to benefit the Foundation (this is a ticketed event) Tickets are $150 each, and can be purchased at www.freemanstage.org/artsbythesea
Sunday, September 12th
7:30am-9:15am: Tournament registration opens and coffee and delicious breakfast begins
9:30am: Shotgun Start which will begin a spectacular day at Bayside, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course
